About the Chef
Susie Riggall is an experienced chef and caterer. She has been cooking professionally for almost 10 years for exclusive caterers, corporate test kitchens, The Australian Women’s Weekly cookbooks and other publications, and as a personal chef for a high-profile family for several years.
While she worked for the AWW magazine group she worked on several cookbooks, including: Weekend Cook, Kids Cakes, Detox, Low carb Low Fat, Casseroles, Lamb, New Fashioned Favourites, and Christmas Cooking.
While working as a personal chef Susie was in charge of all areas of the personal dietary requirements of her clients including every-day meals, business dinners, birthday parties, cocktail functions, yacht catering and dietary planning.
Susie has now moved to New York, to pursue her culinary dreams and to be with her lovely fiance.
